I'd be willing to do a meet up or something next weekend. The 27-28th is the ProSolo here in Toledo, it's pretty entertaining/free. Delicious BBQ should be on-site, as well.

I'm going to Import Alliance this weekend if the rain holds out, down at KY Motor Speedway in Sparta. Giant import car show and cruise in, but if thunderstorms take over I may not drive the 1.5hrs.

I have a wedding this weekend, otherwise, I'd be down there. I've heard it's a pretty good time with lots of skanky tang walking around.

Pro Solo is on the backside of Toledo Airport. Wanna just meet in BG on the way, Steve?

The entrance is on the backside of the airport, off Maumee western/Sager Rd. You can jump off 23/475(north), take Airport highway(west), to Wilkins RD(south, hangs a big left to turn into Sager/Maumee Western), which turns into Maumee Western; You can also go South from Airport HWY on Eber RD to Maumee Western, go west. The entrance is north off of Maumee Western/Sager, directly across from Berkey Southern. There's an SCCA sign that will be out front indicating the location. The closest address to getting you directly to the event is 3359 state route 295, swanton, OH. That is the drive across from Berkey Southern that leads to the site. If you go, bring raingear and sunscreen; whichever one you don't bring, it'll do the other. Rain can run through there downpouring one second, and the next it's bright and sunny. I've had numerous events there where one run is stupid wet, the next is bone dry, then wet, then dry.

I may not make it that saturday if I have to go with my brother to drop his daughter off in Iowa, but I'll definitely be there Sunday. Keep me posted on what you guys want to do.

I am going to start posting up events that I, 1.know of, 2.want to go to.

I suggest that the rest of you do the same so we can start doing more events as a group, be it 2 or 10 of us.

Hmmm....haven't been up to Mid-Ohio all year and would like to hear the V8s running around the track...

OVR region of SCCA (Columbus) is having a PDX at Mid Ohio Aug 31. I'm trying to figure out from SWMBO if I can make it and stay the weekend for the remaining racing & volunteer.

Now we seem to have company visiting that weekend & not sure if I'm expected to be social or not.

I'm in for the NASCAR/TransAm race as well as auburn if you go!

I'll be at the Prosolo on Sunday, around 12. I really hope the BBQ truck is there, I've been hankerin' for a parfait. I'll see if I can't drag my brother out to it, if he tags along, look for the guy in the wheelchair with a tall, lanky, mexican looking kid in glasses and a grey hat. More than likely I'll be wearing a white Honda shirt. Looks like it'll be another beautiful day out of the concrete. I'll try to park as close to the entrance on the concrete as I can.

I am planning to be at Mid Ohio Friday and Sat.

There is also the Pit In Bay Road Race http://www.pibroadrace.com/ at the end of August.

Definitely going to Auburn. That is going to happen. I suggest we meet up at my place prior.

friday july 26 through sunday the 28th is the rock and race at dragway 42 in west salem.

i shall be there friday i hope. it is open test and tune but the rest of the weekend is pre 1976 only drags, music, fun.
