I put the factory 12 wheels back on yesterday and wanted to get pics. These are the first pics I've taken of the car since paint and re-installation of parts.
Hope you enjoy.

Thanks, folks. I'm not to keen on minilights, myself. Almost everyone with a 1st gen Civic gets those style. I prefer my Shelbys and these wheels. Thanks for the comment, of course, though.
Here are a couple of snapshots from earlier in the day yesterday. Please disregard the bumper end cap's sag as I somehow missed it when I was taking the pictures.
My 2nd car was a 73 civic...Learned a lot about trailing throttle oversteer with that car that served me well is autocrosses over the years.
I like your JDM mirrors.
Looks great!
The grassroots mod for those back in the day was to use early 13" four hole Accord steelies, which were an extra half inch wider than the other 13's.
Love the car and the rims do look good, but 13" rims in the same, factory, style would look great. Either way, fracking love the car.
Thank you, fellas. I can get my hands on a set of Accord wheels whenever I want them. I'm trying to find out where I can have a set of them widened out to 5.5" to be able to put lower profile tires on them.
The more I look at it.. the more I think.. "what a cool little car"
What is the bolt pattern on those rims? if it is 4x100 you have a LARGE section of wheels to choose from. Anything from BMW through Fiat (if you widen the bolt holes from 4x98) to Volkswagon.

I'm pretty sure that the four hole Accord rims are 5.5" and the multi-hole Accord rims are 5".

ouch.. that has to be a hard size to find without custom drilling.

I would, too.

It's very hard to find. The Shelby's I had took a couple of years to get the guy to ship. You might come across a set a year. Maybe.

Gross. They look good and all, but everyone that has/runs a first gen Civic gets these wheels.

If that were the case...lolol. I need a set of those, then! If the multi-hole is 5" (which I've heard), would the 175/50-13 tire fit on it? I believe the narrowest the wheel can be is 5.5."

Yes I can, sir. Maxxis makes them.
