I saw that and wondered how someone that stupid could afford a car like that. Then I figured the guy is probably in way over his head on the car and concocted this scheme to total the car and get the cash. When the marsh wasn't as deep as he thought it was, he let the engine keep running so he was sure to get water inside it and be positive that it would need an all new engine to drive up the cost of repair and make sure it's totaled. What a shameful waste of a car. They are gorgeous cars in person. At least if you crash your car in water and you're distracted while driving please blame yourself, a low flying pelican didn't BAT the veyron into the water.....
