People is plural. The only person that thinks that might be cool is the guy that put it on the car. Also, is that a paint can? I kind of wish there was a closer shot of that exhaust "modification".

I would tend to guess so. Also, needs more "TYPE RRRRR."

Yes, that's a Type R badge on the back. Yes, those are blinging gold painted steelies. And yes, the car had NO performance modifications whatsoever! Well, unless you count the rust induced weight reduction...
