Technically that is a Morgan. It says right in the picture on the tag plate.

Technically, that is a Honda Racing HSV-010 GT.

Techincally (according to the link address anyway) its a Honda Racing NSX-HSV-010 GT. Technically I don't give a rats ass, because everyone called it an NSX anyway.

Any details on how they offset the driver from the centerline? Move the seat and modify the tub, or, redo the suspension ?

I don't know the pedigree of the car, but virtually all early F5000 chassis were tube framed, making modification a bit easier than working with a later monocoque.
Or, it's something else altogether.

I don't remember. It was in a British VW magazine. It was one of the tube frame F5000 cars.
HHHmmmm, another example of what Factory Five may want to consider for its next car....OR what to do with the old F5000 car sitting in the corner. Instead of letting it rot, let's do something with it. +2. I have a strong feeling this was built before the explosion in vintage racing.
Lots of vintage rally box flare goodness here:

Didn't even realize these Lexi had flares hidden on them. Caught a glimpse while strolling through the parkinglot this morning and had to do a double take.
ok ok ....maybe these arent "box flares" per se, but srsly, they do make the car more awesomer!

That turned out pretty damn well!
I liked that SVO back when it had corvette wheels on it. That was a local guy to me. Never saw it in person though.
