I see we're thinking alike. I've been thinking of ways to make it as lite as possible but strong enough to last for years. I've thought of building the walls out of a plywood/foam core/plywood sandwich covered with horizontally applied corrogated plastic roofing. All supplies available from Lowes or HD. It's 2 or three projects away from reality though so I'll have time to decide.
I always liked these but then I was a very impressionable eleven year old when this car came out...
