One of a kind, AND with a salvage title. That means some one should buy it and put it out of its misery and there will be no more.
I dont see the problem. Most people prefer the chrome bumper cars and more bumper should be more gooder.
Let's play, "Guess the parts"
Front bumper looks like a '60 Impala...
Headlights kind of look like a Bug Eyed Sprite, with VW Bug trim rings...
The grill looks Chrysler-esque, in a parcel delivery kind of way...
Rear fins look like a '57 Thunderbird, (though the taillights certainly do not)...
And the hood scoop DEFINITELY came from JC Whitney!
In reply to Wally:
I assume you mean early '70s.
I think you're right, but it's been narrowed quite a bit.

You leave Prince Charles out of this!

I know these things have their fans, but I never really saw the attraction:

When I saw the fins, I first thought it was a bastardized SP-250. Glad to see it is not.

The main attraction for the SP-250 is best seen from a different view.
Not sure if the outside is much better than the car that started this thread, though. That is some weird bodywork.
Not even worth dragging out all the "kill it with fire" memes.
The white loafers probably tell you all you need to know.

Black wire wheels are not always bad. For evidence, I sub,it the following:
That MGB has a salvage title because most of the parts were salvaged off other cars. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all, but I would say that if that is beautiful to anyone, they should get their eyes checked.
Salvage title = Started with a wrecked MG? Hopefully. I'd hate to think he ruined an otherwise good MGB for this.
As stated, the plus side of the SP250 is hidden under the hood (bonnet?) and can be heard when the key is turned. But admittedly, I kinda like the SP250. Maybe because it was production ugly which seems to be more acceptable than one-off handmade ugly. And the little hemi V8 is cool. Plus it's competition history.
