Otaku Photography 2017 Challenge coverage.

I know in 2015 everyone loved the photos I posted every night of the event. well, here is the start of tonights shots that I got of things that where in the lot that I seen tonight. I know I start with the crew at the table followed by my car and the walking around the building. I will post stuff on my Facebook page when I get back from the track tomorrow and edit and upload stuff. Just follow the links in this tread to see what gets done from my point of view. I will try to get some stuff from my phone uploaded at the track also to keep you guys informed.

I have all the video from today uploaded right now/ its midnight and I am beat. The video of god making the first pass tonight is up for everyone to be shocked and history tonight was made. I will edit photos later today and upload them with the car show and a huge list of thanks to some standout people and the the thoughts of the day. I am beat and going to bed. Editing is going to have to wait. All the video is up from today and thanks to everyone that took stuff for me today. You will get more shout out later along with lots of other thoughts and things I thought about today. My mind is not working right now and its hard posting this right now. Stuff from my cell phone taken this weekend.

Everything is posted and uploaded from this weekend. I really hope everyone enjoys the photos and the ones posted here are just some of them. I have a couple today that just did not work and I am very sorry to the Ronen College team that the two photos I took of you guys did not work. I am very bummed about that also. I will give a more into deep review along with shout out and thanks to people later tonight or before I leave in the morning. Getting ready for dinner and heading down ass soon as I shut the computer down.

Just stopping by to say hi again and looking forward to the photos. Hope you got one of me in my first ever drag race. I'd say it was in the slow Miata but...

Great pics and it was good to meet you, albeit briefly, yesterday. Have a safe trip back!

I am sitting here right now about 2 hours from the Tail of the Dragon going to get some sleep and go run the thing in the morning and need to sit down and do a quick video about my thoughts and thanks to some people from the event cause there is to many people to name right now. I had a blast for sure.

I am pretty sure that anyone who has actually been at the Challenge in the last 13 years and talked with Mr Nelson does not doubt him. The man works in a dirt floor barn, laps valves with a belt sander, and welds together exhaust systems from scraps he finds at the side of the interstate, and has all the pictures to prove it.

The best medicine for Challenge skeptics is to attend one of these events.   Once you see the cars, meet the people, and hear the stories.....you'll realize.....

No....YOU may not be able to build a 9.5 second 1/4 mile car for $2017, but Andy can.....and does!    He's smarter and more talented than you are.  Doubt it?  Prove it!  

Sorry to have missed the gang this year--- duty called down at Sebring for the NASA East Coast Championships.  It was fun.....but it's not the Challenge!

Case in point I was showing Carol his rear window. I pointed out the melted part and asked Andrew if he got it free. Yep out of the trash. One man's trash is another man's Challenge part.
