Nah, postage would be murder.
I'm most of the way done with the engine swap for my Subaru
(2.0 TT from a Japanese Legacy GT-B)
but am having zero luck sourcing a set of downpipes.
The only ones I've found so far are new, from japan, and cost as much as the engine and trans did!
Legacy forums in the US and Canada havent turned anything up, ditto for NASIOC...
any resources I'm missing?
Can a local exhaust shop fabricate somthing?
That's what I'm guessing will be the route I end up going.
I'd say you could make your own for way less than the cost of an engine and transmission. Do you have access to a TIG welder? A few laser cut flanges and and some stainless mandel bent tubing can do wonders.
Watch Mighty Car Mods' "Gramps" build on the Youtubes. Massive amount of custom piping. You know, for inspiration.

You quit pushing that crack on us dammit.....
This is bad, they have a section for model trains and the Yen is still down

In reply to yupididit:
That was unnecessary. I just sent a link to my wife's acupuncturist to be translated. Who doesn't want an electric trolley bus in their train set?

Yeah, no luck.
And I'm familiar with gramps, I'm just on a little more limited budget than those two.
I'm mostly mystified because almost every example of this engine that comes to the states gets converted to a single turbo so as to fit in a LHD car....
so theoretically there should be a few unused examples of TT parts floating around, right?
Dude, just customize it. DP's are easy! It's piping and a flange, how hard can it be...
