an ok aztek IMO...
Yup, that's a big improvement alright but can you imagine trying to get your money back out of that one?
Seller: I've got a low miles Aztek with 20K in upgrades and improvements and I am looking to get 15K for it.
Buyer: I'll give you $800

I'm still pondering recent trends in auto design. Am I just getting old, or does anyone younger than I also think that the world's auto manufacturers are competing in the "World's Ugliest Car Contest"?
You are getting old.

I'm not really a fan of the whole tiny car movement. An Impreza is small enough, no need to shrink further!
I was never a fan of the huge car movement.
It's about time cars got small again.
It's 6" (wheelbase)-12" larger in every dimension than a Suzuki Swift, and 1000 lbs heavier. It's not that small.
As a general rule I don't like huge cars either but there are a select few that make me drool and there is a certain bent appeal in trying to flog one around an autocross course. I like my cars to be somewhere in between the extremes; not so big that I feel like a dwarf and not so small that I need to pre-plan entry in order to actually land in the driver's seat.
That's why I dig the 90's and up Subarus. They fit well within my general size preferance range. That and they're ridiculously easy to work on.
Cheers,
Jed
I'm no giant but I'm not exactly dainty either.

Juke:
Apparently it runs low 15s and the AWD system makes the handling fun.
Sure, its a travesty. The fact that the current Sentra SE-R is so much lamer than the juke is insulting and unwise, and very valid points have been made about the front end, the lack of practicality, etc.
But bottom line.. if someone gave one to me.. i would probably drive it for a WHOLE MONTH before selling it and spending the money on uglier and worse handling k-cars.
If I were in the market for another small wagon, I'd give the Juke a test drive. I don't think it's THAT bad looking. Then again, I don't mind the Aztec, and I want a VehiCross.

Hasty photochop, but you get the idea.
It's the damn healights. They've gotta go.
At first glance at the original picture I didn't even notice the headlights, I thought it was all ready set up like this...not a good look with those 'hood lights'.

From what i understand the top lights are just the turn signals and the yellow ones are the headlights.
If you could put some l.e.d. turns in the grill above the head light and delete the top ones id look cool.
