In a recent project of "unstucking" some old brakes, I sprayed some PB blaster on the pad and rotor. I got em unstuck but now I'm wondering if I've compromised the pads. Do I need to replace them? Or just be aware that they may be lubricated for a bit?
I'd give them a soak & scrub with brake cleaner and then give them a try, they probably won't be in worse shape than they were before.
I imagine a few hard stops will get them hot enough to burn off any leftover.

Hard stops you say?
Most brake pads are not that expensive.
Buy new ones.

Brake pads are very porous depending on their composition. Depending on the application, new pads can cost you next to nothing. The pads for my Lincoln Mark 8 just cost me $18 for complete front pads.
If this is a chevy, yeet the pads and get new. If this is a challenge Veyron, use dawn dish soap and re-bed the pads with a few stops from 200-0

interpolation is to predict inside your bounds.
extrapolate the middle does not compute.
You can put some heat into them while they're off the car too after letting the brake clean evaporate and burn whatever is left out. I've brought mountain bike pads back that way, of course I don't point the thing down a mountain right away to test them either.
