So I pulled the trigger today and bought a cool car. It's not something I have ever owned before and I am super excited. I pick it up next week.
I decided not to get a Gladiator as I had mentioned in some previous threads. I am going to keep my 4runner, upgrade a few things on it and drive it for a couple more years.
I bought something that I can see keeping for a long time, which is unusual for me. This car will hopefully fulfill several roles for me.
I can take it on a date night with my wife, I can autocross it and it will be fun to take to track days.
Needless to say I can hardly wait till next week to pick it up.
What ever could it be...
I do like miatas but I have owned a couple even if not for an extended period of time.

I did not get a Cayman. I would still love to have one but the cost of a 987.2 was more than I wanted to spend right now. The issues on track with oil starvation made me nervous about buying a 987.1

I will give y'all a hint it is fairly rare. It is black and has a real manual transmission.
