We have a winner!
I totally agree with this being a future classic and prices could really balloon soon.

A little deceiving saying you've never had one, which is true, but isn't this just really the other pimp?
Perhaps the even cooler, rarer, uniquer pimp?
I think they already did balloon in value a few years ago! Unless you mean even more ballooning. Cool car though. I'm glad you landed one with the all black interior. The s&m interior on some of those is a little much.

I agree. I like the all black or black and grey ones. The black and red or black and blue is definitely a bit much.

Never had an m coupe. Three of my close friends owned them at one point of time which is weird considering total production over all the years is like 2600 ish.
Had a Dakar yellow S52 m coupe. Loved it.
upgraded to S54 Phoenix yellow M coupe. Regret selling that
great cars
does it have the oem wheels?
has the Randy forbes subframe reinforcement been done ?
S52 engine. I actually think that's a better option for me.
The s54, while awesome, is quite a bit more maintenance intensive. Not to mention the fact that the only made 687 total makes them much more expensive.

It has the randy forbes kit installed and an oil cooler which are both things I would have added. It has bilstein shocks, and rogue engineering shock mounts with unknown brand lowering springs.
The ASA wheels on the car are the only ones he has.
Seller has owned it for 5 years and put 40k miles on it. It's got 150k on it now. He drives it every day.
I picked it up for $12,000. I was actually bidding on a different m coupe on bringatrailer when this one popped up for sale. I talked to the owner on the phone and sent him a deposit today. It was listed for less than a day.
A good article by Hagerty

Awesome to hear the things that would be needed are already taken care of!
long live the clown shoe
way better than a boxster
pimpm3 (Forum Supporter) said:Not an m3. I have had several of those, hence my screen name.
My brain went to models of M3 for "never had." I was thinking E9x with a V8.
Nice clown shoe!
The stock seats in those are, by far, the most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in. Caused me enormous back pain after an hour or so.
I love the way these look and totally would buy one for $12k, the prices on them have gotten insane
I assume you're talking about the estoril on bat? Yes, nice job to grab something else. A $20k reserve on that car was reaching and reminder me why I dislike auctions. He had a lot of active bidders. The market spoke, and even at that you did very well.
