It may be theoretically possible for a small person, but the visibility wouldn't be good enough to actually drive in any practical situation without a camera system, similar to windowless enclosed recumbent bikes.

I’ve seen a video of the owner getting in. He’s about 6’ tall.
“Sit” is not actually correct. The driver’s position is fully reclined.
