That’s a pretty neat route. I’d skip Long Haul and deviate out of Chatt to drive some twisties then head to Atlanta to continue.
Oh E36 M3. Now i GOTTA finish the duster
I’ll be working the autocross at beech bend.
Registered awhile ago. Planning to take the Fiat.
...and a tool kit
....maybe I should renew my AAA
Someday I'm going to join in this rolling chaos. Maybe a muscle van that I can sleep in for the week?

A fire breathing Minivan would be good for a lot of surprises on the drag strip.
I’m hoping to do it next year depending on where they go from Charlotte
I attended the Kentucky stops in 2009 and 2010. Lots of very cool cars and a great time. The three Australian Holden Maloo cars brought over from Oz was the icing on the cake.
Dad and I did Carlyle Pennsylvania to south Carolina in my duster for power tour east 1999. It was awesome.
Next year power tour starts from up the road. It will be 20 years since we did it.
Gotta be a god thing. HAS to be done in the same duster witha dad and i.
10+ years back it started in Cleveland. I met up with a few Camaro guys from California at the kickoff and Mark Stielow offered to let me drive The Mule. After examining all the high dollar machinery around and knowing what that car was and that i was used to the manual transmission in my dump truck I politely declined. Today i’d do it in a heartbeat. Back then I wasn’t going to be the guy that crashed The Mule.
And that’s the story about the time I refused to drive arguably the most famous camaro ever(not named bumblebee) and the car that started what is defined as pro-touring.

Wow, you've "not done" some amazing things. Ha, just picking on ya!
A few years back it rolled through here. I went to spectate and it was a great time.
I made four stops close-ish to home in both '10 and '11 with my Tbird.
I also completed Drag Week in '15 as a co-pilot.
My son is going to co-pilot this HRPT with me and he chose the Fiat over taking a Tbird. He is 11, this is gonna be awesome!
I went to the stop at Norwalk a few years ago. It was pretty great. I would recommend checking it out if there is a stop near you. Definitely worth spending a day on.

Thanks!
power tour long haul is on the list as well as drag week, but i am waiting to have the right car. I kinda want to do the power tour in a skyline. That’s still a couple years out. Hoping to buy myself one when i turn (gasp) 40.
My insurance agent does the long haul every year. It's on my bucket list next time it's near Ohio.
In reply to Patrick :
How about doing it in the style of a Corvair and the power of a Corvette?
I’d want to take the family so 4 seats is a must.
I'll make an attempt to be at Beech Bend.

I'll be running around the autocross course at Beech Bend. I encourage everyone to shout obscenities at spoolpigeon as you happen by.
Power tour is on my bucket list if I actually have one. I might try to make the day at Atlanta. Maybe.
