Listing my 1985 Toyota Celica GT. This has been my project car for the last three years. I love this car, but would like to get something newer
As she sits right now she has coilovers (450lb), kyb AGX adjustable shocks, energy suspension bushings, a custom driveshaft for the Ford 8.8 axle (shortened 3", and 3.73 final drive), track lock LSD (leaves "11's" easy), fresh rear brake rebuild (everything) and new lines, EBC red stuff, braided stainless steel lines, supra recaro seats, w58 bushing set, räzo shift knob, deep dish grant steering wheel, louvers, supra wing, deep dish chrome rims, and Datsun ZX rims on the front, have two spares of each rim plus the OEM rims. "Touge style" fog lights (and, yes, they are wired correctly using a relay! I don't half ass things.) I know I'm leaving more out. As she sits she would make a fantastic drift car or autocross car. With the v8, a cheap, simple, fun track/drift car.
Now onto the really cool stuff: the 1uzfe v8. I have EVERYTHING to install it. Even down to the last little relay, and I even have an instruction manual! I have the engine from a '93 ls400. The donor car ran great, I drove it all the way down from Portland. I've labeled the entire wire harness for you, and even triple checked it for accuracy. I have the transmission adapter, motor mount adapters, RAM hydraulic clutch release, clutch pressure line, stage two clutch disc and pressure plate and flywheel. All from Xcessive Manufacturing in Portland. Also have a three core aluminum radiator and electric radiator fan. This engine swap is really straight forward, there is no fabrication needed. Everything bolts up. I have all the needed things for this swap, I've done my home work for over a year, gathering parts, doing research, putting things together. The 1uzfe puts out 250hp and 260tq. The w58 is a well renowned, strong transmission, and the ford 8.8 rear end can handle north of 450hp with ease. In case you are wondering, yes, the engine fits. This swap has been done in this chassis at least four times I know of. With a curb weight of 2400lbs, and this AMAZING V8, you'll have a car with a power to weight ratio of 10:1.
The drift stickers are free.
