If you had a truck like this that needed front and rear bumpers, skidplate, new roof skin, repair or replace front fenders, doors and bedsides, replace tail lights and side mirrors plus all the extra trim bits that go along with it, does ~$10-$15k sound like the right ballpark for repair with all OEM parts?

Uhhh....that depends. First, on location. Some areas have MUCH higher labor rates than others. Second, what on earth happened that you need all that? I'd guess hail, but you didn't say anything about the hood. If it was some sort of collision (if you need a roof, did it roll over??), that guestimate may be a good starting point, but I'd bet more damage would be found upon teardown.

I guess what I'm saying is that without knowing more, it's hard to say.
