It's a Toyota truck, maybe the frame rotted completely away?
Or maybe the recall for those frames included missing ones?
It's in amazing condition...and horribly overpriced...considering the seller is telling us that it has 1.68 million miles on it.
The prices for Tacomas in the Seattle are crazy and I would never buy a truck with over a million miles. Maybe 700K.....
Not sure why this guy is calling it a unibody. However, I just sold my 2004 Dbl Cab TRD Limited 4x4 with almost 200,000 for $10,500. I had a guy drive out of state. I probably could have stuck to my guns and got closer to $11K. Mine was a Texas truck with a clean frame and I live in the rust belt. They still command a lot of $$ and they are awesome. You are taking a huge chance with the frame though.

They are stupid expensive in Georgia as well. They are almost double the price of a similar year GM full size truck, and almost the same price as a same year Tundra.
Ponderous man, frick'n ponderous.

Kinda like how expensive the later v8 powered Sport Tracs are.....well, except they cost more to begin with.

I thought the same thing. $12k! But then I looked it up on NADA. Clean retail is $12,075. I know private party is alittle different but Tacos hold their value annoyingly well. I guess it's worth $12k to someone...
Yeah, I used to bitch about Toyota truck values, but then I just went and bought a super-low mileage 4Runner... It's nice to have a truck that holds its value for once. Traded in a same-year F-150 and it barely made a dent in the purchase price.

Because he's a moron and doesn't know what unibody means.
Liberty Mutual paid me close to $10k for this one. Sometimes it's favoarble to be driving an artificially-overpriced vehicle.
