I am putting together a setup using lots of used stuff looks like should be in 300 dollar range.
100 for turbo
60 two sticks 2 1/2 pipe 10' long
35 electric pump
Front mount intercooler 50
Semi truck radiator hose for couplers 11 foot
Supply and return lines??
Fount a tank for 20 if I go stand alone oil system then I would need a cooler to.
Think this is very possible,
why does sts charge 4k?
How many would cry "bs"?
This is coming on my challange car.
$100 turbo is well used? and you are not paying for R&D, Employees, and packaging.
Giving me a hermitage. Where are your commas? What the hell is a hermitage and why is it in my Autocorrect log?
K, I think I understand more now... But I'm going to read it ten times before I can put it together.)
I think he hit enter after each item in his list - but GRM doesn't work that way.
What kind of oil pump are you planning on using?

Why, it's the home of President Andrew Jackson, just minutes from the excitement of downtown Nashville and the glitz of the Grand Ole Opry!
sounds cool... what motor/turbo combo and car is this going on?
wait a minute, any turbo on that toyota truck will be a rear mount! you should do a front mount turbo

totally possible, I priced a twin turbo rear-mount system for a northstar a few years ago and came up under $900, including a high temp return oil pump, turbos, tubing, couplers, clamps, hangars, and a small intercooler, some of it was new, the turbos were of course used...
Built another v8 240sx. I don't know if my brother will bring the truck this year.

Are you familiar with the concept of "paying for knowledge"?
4K means you buy the kit parts and bolt them on.
$100 means figure it out yourself.
Is there a power benefit to fitting the turbo at the rear, or is this because of room constraints in the engine bay?

I would find a way to mount the intercooler on the way back up to the motor (laying down flat with ducts in and out) or just leave it out and run water/meth. You are going to be waiting for ever for boost to kick in if the IC is front mounted.
The v8 has 318 ft lbs of torque at 1800 rpm now I have a small intercooler figure something is better than none.
The bov I have opens under 5 inmg so cruise it will be drawing in fresh filtered air.
Harbour freight sells stainless steel pumps for 35 I'll just carry a spare.
