My mother-in-law is looking at a Q5 and I am not from here. I don't know the reputations of any dealerships in the area. Anyone know a good Audi experience for an older lady who isn't car saavy in the east/southeast suburban PIttsburgh area?

Smail in Greensburg used to be good to deal with. Haven't known anyone that bought there in the last couple years though for a more recent experience.
I've dealt with Day in Monroeville, and can't say enough bad about them. I seem to be a minority in that camp, but seems every vehicle I've gone there to look at "was just sold, but we have this one for $5k more"
I also recommend she stay away from STAR Nissan Volvo and their automotive family. They won't sell to women. What I mean is that they might, but if she shows up with you, her husband, a random guy off the street, even though it's a car for her, they will sell to the man instead.
Cochran in Monroeville it's pretty good, I know a few of their service techs. While I don't think they have an Audi branch, they do enough sales volume they probably have a few on the lot.
Just picked up a CPO allroad from Autohaus Audi in Lancaster, PA. A bit out of the way but they were good to deal with.
I bought my '09 E92 used from South Hills Audi in Washington. They were professional and pleasant to deal with and no hassles. One payment price, I thought I did okay and better than Rahal. They put off pickup for one day to do an oil service and brake flush at NC. I had no complaints at all and dealers usually piss me off one way or another. Never went back for service tho, that's done local now. YMMV
Cochran bought them out a year later, it's Audi Washington now. http://www.audiwashington.com/

I bought an A4 from Pittsburgh in August, when I get home tonight I’ll send the guy I bought from. Over the phone long distance super smooth and great once I arrived to get it.
