Remember the ads in the backs of car mags that sold specific and generic aerodynamic pieces? The common add would show stacked pics featuring the front of 3 cars like a Monza, Mustang II, and Rabbit....
Well, I'm trying to find someone who sells the (usually) EPDM rubber skirting. So far I've turned-up nothing but 1x1 material. I'd like to find something at least a couple of inches tall. (yes, some lawn edging would actually work)
Thanks

I was JUST gonna say- I know of several people that have fabricated HD Racing lips from such material. (Home Depot... generally they use garage door edging.)

I know all too well the ad that you are talking about. I think it was Kamei.
This is the best I can find.

Ah, the airdam -- nothing made my Rabbit more badass than taking off the bumpers and putting on the Kamei. Even in beige.

How about an inspiration found on the shelves of your local LowesDepotSupplyMart?
It's generic lawn edging applied as a front lip on a Civic/CRX.
In reply to oldsaw:
I'm pretty sure that's on a Miata. Although I've never seen under a CRX, that looks awfully familiar to me...

And I've never been under a Miata! Looks like it could work on both; a win/win for everyone.
Yah, my first assumption about lawn edging may be what I do. I can't seem to find a generic material, aside from 1x1 at McMaster-Carr. Who knows - I may just find some edging laying on the back of a shelf, marked-down.
Thanks for the input everyone!
