Nothing major or even tragic here.  I suddenly realize I have two cars that take the same size tire.  But I still will not be able to buy eight of one type tire.

1997 Jetta GT, upgraded to 195/50-15

1995 Miata M  195/50-15 standard.

The Jetta being the daily "needs" all season tires and will get them.  The Miata will hide in the garage anytime Maryland THINKS about salting the road.  I am currently looking at Yoko Fleva V701 for the Miata.  300 tread-wear A traction.

Planning a trip north any time soon? If so you can pick up at Tire Rack in DE and save about $10/ea as a shipping credit and also no sales tax.   Any time I have enough tires to order I make a big order all at once and pick them up, it is about an hour from me.

My brother has that tire in that size on his NA and has been happy with them.

I'm about to buy those same tires for my Miata. Check out the feedback on them in this recent thread: https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/miata-street-tire-recommendation-not-too-grippy/258925/page1/
