Need a second opinion, this is my 3rd time setting up a gear set and I don't have an example to go off of for this pattern.
It's a well used ring and pinion so I'm focusing on the coast side, and while the contact pattern is mostly centered, the sharp line towards the root of the tooth makes me think the pinion is too close.
This is for a 1st gen RX-7.
