I wonder if you could thermo form it to follow the contours?
-Tape sound the outside edges to seal it.
- Insert the end of your shop vac hose under it to create suction against the floor.
- then apply heat to it using a heat gun, starting furthest from the vacuum to draw it down and work your way to the vacuum.
