This may be a repost, I've been gone for a little bit, but I get home, hop on BangShift and find this!

31 classic fullsize American cars, all hoarded by a former demo derby driver. According to the ad, these things are available from $750 to $2000.

I know they're not really sporty but these things are vintage Americana! Haul ass and 6 of your friends!

If I were closer I'd start a berking kickstarter!

Pretty sweet, but no room and no use.

I liked the green one right next to it there. It's got a something that speaks to me. What kind of car is that?

I would not pay $2500 for any of those cars. With that said, I still want all of them.

It's sad that these are seen as derby fodder, not restorable classics. They look pretty clean at a glance.

I'd love to have any one of those wagons. So if anyone is inclined to trailer one up to me, I'll buy it!

dammit, i never should've looked at this post.

tailgates, taillights, rear bumpers, rear quarter windows, i'd grab as many / as much of that stuff as possible.

back when NOS was teh only way to get quarter panels for my '72 monte carlo, they were $700 apiece. my boss at the time explained to me, "you're going to have four grand in sheetmetal for a car that's worth $3500 when it's done. just remember, you can't save 'em all."

You'll need to log in to post.
