The talent wouldn't concern me as much as getting people that can't handle themselves on a track.
I was following someone during driver school when they threw the red flag. We were warned several times not to slam on the brakes when you see a red but to bring a car to a controlled stop. His definition of a controlled stop was putting the brake pedal through the floor. Somehow I was able to swerve to miss him. Needless to say he was deemed not ready to go wheel to wheel.
If we were in a pack of cars on a track it would have been ugly.
