There's not scrub in the rear because the tire isn't pivoting around an axis?
That is kinda what I figured. But what about kingpin angle?
Doesn't kingpin angle refer to the angle of the axis of the pivot point of the steering? If so, it doesn't matter either since the rear doesn't steer.
Yup. I kinda thought as much but since none of my books said anything about it I wanted to ask and make sure

Well, the rear in some configurations can suffer from bump steer (semi-trailing arm for instance) and in that case, the angles and radius can make a huge difference as it moves in whether that is controllable or terrifying.
