There are 3 for the diff and 4 in the subframe. The stiffer delrin or poly subframe mounts are much better for keeping accurate suspension under load because they prevent the subframe from moving. And they are much easier to install. So, yes on the 4 subframe mounts.
For the diff mounts on a street car - new stock rubber ones are fine. They help insulate gear whine and driveline noise/vibration.
