It will be fun to play around with, but it's not really worth much...let her have fun with it. It probably dates from the late 1950s or early 1960s, and as pointed out runs on a lawnmower engine. I used to see old guys driving them in 4th of July parades when I was a kid. They're not street legal so there's not a lot you can do with them.
