Not bad for $1750 CAD. 305 V8 with the 4L60E, flowmaster exhaust, edelbrock headers, a probably bogus TBI spacer, edelbrock intake manifold, and full MSD ignition.
(And yes, that's a ton of cat hair on the seat)

Some tbi engines like the extra plenum volume the spacer provides.
Google ultimate tbi mods. They work.
The edelbrock headers are good.
Lol. My truck is like that. Photographs much better than it is. Nice truck man. Looks like lots of good miles left in that one.

That would probably be of benefit because I can easily picture losing a silver truck in a parking lot. Plus, the youths love it.

Washed and waxed now (albeit just with spray wax), I'm buying a shop vac tomorrow morning.
OK, not hubcaps per se, poverty caps with body color steelies. I'm a sucker for body color steelies.
Nice, looks like a perfect beater truck.
I haven't started looking yet but I have a very strong urge to own something like this. Cheap, Old, and fugly enough to "do truck things" without worrying about it. Sure it would be great to have a brand new Chevy HD or King Ranch, but I just want something a truck that I would throw cinder blocks into the bed without a second thought or care about.
Nice! I'm waiting for the build thread, any good gm's in the local junkyards? I forsee a suburban/Yukon seat/console swap and maybe z71 bilsteins. Btw if your truck is tbi that throttle spacer is legit, if not, it isn't worth anything. On carb and tbi vehicles, spacers make a difference, everything else they don't.

I'm just keeping this as a low-buck daily and workhorse. All it really needs is a new mirror and a good clean, and a console wouldn't be the most practical thing in the world. I'll probably just buy some new monotubes in the future instead of chancing it with junkyard shocks. The TBI spacer thing is one heck of a TIL. I'll keep that in mind.
