Just wanted to post to say how rad Nancy is at GRM
I emailed a week or two ago about a tee that they dont offer anymore with the subscription (911 tee) and she responded, after a few emails she had a large tee on her desk and waited my call.
Well, I forgot.
Two weeks later I called, yesterday, and she got me setup for a 2 year subscription and I bought a few extra stickers. She made sure to get it in the mail that day for me too, so I should have a new tee in my box on Monday.
Just wanted to say thanks, publically. And, sorry if I called her 'Katie,' I might have on the phone.
I recently got a turbo MR2 again, been years since I was 'into' cars, so I was excited to start reading GRM again and getting tips

Or maybe she just does a better job of keeping her E36 M3 together in times of chaos. Regardless, she rocks it.

Was Nancy the woman working at the registration/check in tent at the 2019 Challenge?
I emailed GRM to find out if my order of t-shirts and Dork stickers had shipped yet. Nancy replied to my email and apologized that the t-shirts would be delayed due to the printer being closed due to the coronavirus. She was gracious and professional.
Nancy rules. I will have to point this thread out to her, because like a lot of awesome people who are fabulous, she seems not to completely know that she is, indeed, awesome. Thanks for recognizing it!

I don't think I ever met her when PRI was in Orlando, and apparently I screwed up my sticker order this past week, got an email from her any poof! Problem fixed! Thanks Nancy if you read this thread!
I think it was Nancy who saw me over by the food stand and asked me how I was enjoying the Challenge last year. I don't remember exactly how the conversation went but she took the time to make sure I was having fun and I have no doubt she truly cares about GRM and the competitors,spectators, magazine readers, and everything GRM does. Thanks Nancy!

Nancy is the best. When I grow up I want to be half as good as she is.
