I think Bob's mainly sad the Sonata won't get another shot at OneLap.
We'll see... the Camry' this year seemed to show that you could do alright with an open diff... but I think that really comes down to having a shock spring package that can control corner-exit wheel-hop, without sacrificing over-the-road manners.
Fixing this is do-able... just not by me, right now, with that car. Fortunately, these things are only going to get cheaper.
