I was a farm kid. We had a Farmall M and much later, a Cub Lo Boy. Both offered countless hours of use over the decades.
edit to add that we actually had 2 Farmall M's for several decades, but kept the one that had the front end loader the longest for snow removal.
Look for a local antique tractor club in your area, my club does drives, shows and parades. They can be a silly amount of fun!
Congratulations and happy birthday!
My Grandfather was a Farmall man. My Grandmother used a Cub Cadet to mow the yard.
My Father is a Kubota/Massy Fergerson man, my mother stays off the tractors.
I have assisted in rebuilding two John Deere Hs, a B, and a Cub.
Personally, I have farm engines. A McCormick Deering, a Little Jumbo, and a LeRoi.
Old tractors are fun.
We expect a build thread.
Edit: This zombie thread was apparently paddled to the top.
