Rain can eat a big fat D
Teched, cars trailered, torrential downpour. Got a picture of Colin with General Maintenance. Hoping for better weather tomorrow

I got a couple of oil changes to do. Then give the Miata a good polish and wax. I'm sure go for a nice drive tomorrow. Got to go pick up the niece here in a bit. Introduce her to the new car. This is the one that is 17 and has no desire to get her drivers license. Trying to change her mind.
Probably start looking for a mazda 3 hatch soon. I don't see me driving the G much so might as well cash out the value there.
Track Day at Atlanta Motorsports Park with Just Track It!
Edit: 4 tries and I still can't get the pics to work...
Just replaced the rear shocks on the racecar and will be making a new shift knob shortly. Then I need to do the corner weights. I was going to replace the rear caliper on the toterhome, but we just had a big downpour and I'm not into working on the wet driveway.

Brakes and shock mount replaced on the wife's car, exhaust 99% out of the 9-5 (one chunk left), and took that junkyard stroll and snagged two neutral safety switches to rebuild for the 9-5. Not bad for one day!
On our trip near the Kankakee river on a bluff overlooking the water today I organized a stick throwing challenge into the water.
My 25 year old niece won only to accidentally fling her prescription sunglasses off her shirt into the river.
Everyone gave the guy the evil eye who suggested the contest.
Spent about 3 hours randomly driving around with some friends today. more car time then i expected this weekend!
Gave the V an oil change, wash, and wax job. Washed, waxed, and gave the interior of the 4Runner a once over to de-kid it. It still needs a serious vacuum and scrub inside but was distracted by beer.
Challenge truck working.... and I much as I love Rangers, OMG kill me. They suck. Lol
Well berkeley... more parts needed now.
So far, have only done biking stuff this weekend. So far, about 50 miles in. More tomorrow and on the 4th, although I do need to get some wrenching done in the garage.
We got brother Dustins 280z running for the first time since 1991 when it was parked "temporarily " in his neighbors back yard. Dustin thought it was locked up. I had it running 15 minutes after he bet me a dollar i couldn't do it. Cut the belts, little ether, hook the cables to the miata, and fired right up. No noises!
Modified the stereo mount in the P71. I couldn't read the display because the stereo was nearly vertical. Much better now. The empty area ahead of the stereo will make a handy spot for a panel of switches for driving lights and such. Already upgraded the front speakers. Wiring adapters should arrive today for the rears, which means I can finish another video for YouTube. In the next few weeks I'll add an equalizer, amps, and dual 12in subs.
