Nascar will be there Sunday, always a fun race to watch

If it's on terrestrial yes. Cable then no.

Love watching those 3400lb cars on relatively skinny (for a race car) tires get flung around a road course. This and Watkins Glen are two of my favorite races all year.

I think Robbie Gordon is off doing Baja trucks again, not sure where Fellows is. Boris Said is going to be in the race, but he's driving one of the back marker cars...the 33 normally run by Jeffrey Earnhardt. So he'll take what is normally a 38th place car and finish 22nd with it. There's also some LeMans road racing ace running the 43 car this weekend.

My other favorites are the trucks at Road America and xfinity at Toronto...great watch

Was it the Xfinity race last year where it rained most of the race? The last 10 laps, when it was really raining, was some of the best racing I saw all year. That was awesome.

It was Mid-Ohio Xfinity race. Andy Lally was leading for a bit and his defroster broke. So he was racing blind for a bit.

Billy Johnson who has driven the GT350R in continental series and has been a trainer for the nascar boys for years. It'll be interesting to see how he does given it's a decent ride he got.

Yes the rain race at Toronto was freekin awesome and bmw88 is way correct that Mid-O was last year. Billy Johnson is the new 'ringer' even with a midpack ride IMHO

Well, the old guys came to the front after being shown up on the ovals. Seems everyone had some body damage.

Danicka was doing really well until JR spun right in front of her and then hit by her boyfriend later in the race.

Shouldn't the term ringer imply one of them has managed to win. As fun as they may be to watch every road race ends up being won by a regular.

I just wish there was a setting on my tv to turn on the commentary by Jeff Gordon (who actually has something meaningful to say) and delete any sounds made by Darnell and/or Mikey Waltrip (who blathers on and on and on about nothing, sort of like I am doing now) .... man, I wish I could find a reliable PRN or MRN broadcast in the Cincinnati area as an alternative to either of the Waltrip brothers. (Rant over.)
