Source for weld on and/or stainless steel weber bell mouth?

So, going to be fabbing up some individual throttle bodies in the coming weeks. Using CBR954RR throttles. They have a 45mm opening, same as a Weber carb. Do a bit of math and it turns out 1 7/8 x 18 Ga header pipe is also 45mm ID. While I can find short velocity stacks all day long like this...

...I plan on making some long tube runners to test as well.

For the short runners, the chrome plated steel ones like above are fine. But for the long tube fabricated ones, I'd like to find some out of stainless. Any ideas?

for testing purposes why not fabbed steel exhaust tubing in various lengths w/ hi-temp paint n bake till you find the correct length then do the SS

or keep the mild steel and get it chromed or powdercoated.... or be really awesome and get it nickel plated.

Once the correct stack length is found an exhaust shop that does SS should be able to bell the SS tubing end like shown in the OP pic. I've had exhaust tubing belled (and then flattened) into a flange mount to mate w/ header collector flanges instead of welding on tubing collector flanges.

I would LOVE to try metal spinning... but be careful, because if the work lets go it will slice through you like a deli slicer. Serious business, that metal spinning!

I made my own once upon a time. I turned a mandrell on a Cnc lathe with the proper radius, greased up my tubing, and used a shop press to do the flaring. Stainless would be tough if it got work hardened though.

I have seen an austrailian poster suggest using egg cups that had the right shape. You might be able to find something similar in a kitchen supply store. They would generally be stainless, but you might have to do some other fab work.
I suggest for the development stage, you make the shortest stack you can, with a seam in the middle and then you can make straight sections of tube to fit in the middle for length tuning.
