I do time attack racing. I race on a highly abrasive track surface with track temps approaching 140 degrees. I use kumho v730 tires. Is it wise to spray water on the tires after coming off the track. Thanks,

Silly autocrosser tricks have no place in time attack.
Your tires will cool naturally between sessions. In fact, the V730 needs a little heat for optimal grip anyway, so cooling them artifically is counter-productive.
