Cramit reminds me of the "GranDammit" someone on the board used to own. They are both good.
Getting back on topic, is the Cramit 3800 the same as the 3800 in the FWD GM cars that had a puffer on them?
Oh, wait, wouldn't the TB be on the backend, in a RWD application?

(Possibly NSFW, definitely juvenile humor) Cramit the frog?

Yes it's the same block. The supercharger will not fit a Cramit without major firewall/cowl surgery. If I wanted to add a power adder to a Cramit I would lean towards a turbo or two.
Just so we're clear, how is Cramit pronounced?
Cramm-it with a short A?
Crawm-it? (How it's pronounced in the original Scandinavian.)
Craym-it?
I automatically assumed the first but I'm not 100% sure.

That depends on where you live in the US. It's a regional thing.
I think we should officially call the camaro the "cramit" from now on. Can we make the website say it anytime someone types "camaro"? That would be rad. I DUB THEE "Cramit"!
I'm so going to get a license plate that says Cramit for my '01 Cramit! This made my day! You guys are funny!

That was me, I was reminiscing about it the other day. The only redeeming point to the car was an absolute lack of concern for it. I could have much fun with it in DC traffic if not for fear of being stranded.

Cramit, spell it right, you uncultured swine
As the owner of an LS1 Cramit, I officially petition the GRM overlords to make "Cramit" the forced, automatic text replacement whenever someone types "Camaro," like using Bob Costas to replace another way to call a cat a kitty.
I came here hoping for another whole page of V6 pony car info... but this is almost better.
This forum never ceases to impress.
I was originally hoping for a challenge car in full Camero livery, but now I'm hoping for one in Cramit livery! GM did such great (terrible) sticker packages back in the day there are so many options. I don't think I've ever been so excited by a V6 Camero.
I am a Ford guy, so the last time I posted about a Camaro, spell check didn't help so I had to Google it. I vote to replace Camero with Cramit.
The GP reminded me of this song. Word Crimes
Yesterday I was in between a 'Stang and a Cramit in traffic. I ended up with a really bad case of the giggles.
