I love aristocrat cars and I almost bought another Jag to come down there this year but once again my schedule didn't allow it. But if a full size van is okay... I've wanted to do a hot rod full size van for ev ah. I might check out that black one Appleseed posted. Hot ridding a Dodge 5.2 should be cheap, right?

Cheapest way to build a 318 is replace it with a 350 chevy. Mopar tends to be exspensive.

A 3MZ-FE with bolt-ons makes around 230 wheel, can be mated up to a gated shift-on-the-fly 5 speed auto, and isn't very difficult to fit into a gen 1 Sienna. If anyone wants some ideas of how to make a vehicle you can daily, go to the challenge with, drive home, and daily some more, let me know. It may not be the fastest, but its the best van/weekend racer hybrid I can think of.

Pickups were discussed, and I think that is the direction we should head for 2017. Just like the minivans there are s ton of ways to go with it.

Forget 2017 I need to get through my 2016 minivan build first...

I will admit, last night while watching TV, I spent an odd amount of time researching minivans.
They are not as easy to find 1/4 mile times for compared to the ease of finding that info for cars.

I discovered that there was a Kia "shorty" offered in '07 that is only offered as a base model but still carries the long wheel base's 3.8L.
The whole van is 12.6" shorter. I can't find any written report was ever done on the shorty and no comparison revealing if the shorty is quicker or better handling.
Can't even find difference in curb weight.

i have a welder so "bolt ons" not necessary.

already have the $2017 truck if that's the case. however the Z needs to do what i want it to before i stop bringing it.
