Good point. Buddy of mine (mechanic at my "trusted ally" shop, really) managed to trace his stolen E30 M3 to the port at Jacksonville FL. Ship was headed to Colombia. He let it go after that.
I'm still hoping that some drug lord gets busted, and my friend gets his car back (yeah, he's still got the VIN).
