I have talked to E3. That sounds like a pretty good deal, as they have tools and a lift that members can use.
I thought as much because when I filled out their "I'm interested" form GRM was listed on the how did you hear about us section. Since it was this thread to get me to pull the trigger it was only fair you got the credit.
Talked to the guy today about options. I like their model since you can be a club member with access to the shop without needing storage. I have no idea how common that is, but I'm going to go check out the facility in a couple of weeks.
You may want to reach out to some folks in St Louis that stored their cars at the Sauget Warehouse to get the dark side of renting a combined space...
Many rare cars, tools, and racing hopes and dreams went up in smoke a few years ago.
Here's some random info from a quick googlin:

I also talked to E3 in Atlanta at one point. It seemed like a good deal, but in the end all I needed was a $10 tarp because GRMer cheapassness.
There's a guy near me who is just starting a new venture called BoutiqueCars in Waltham, MA that's set to open next week.
He states, "BoutiqueCars is a climate controlled, secure space for collectors to conserve their car. Based on the small boutique business model there is space for five to eight cars. Offering an a la carte concierge service including: pick up and drop-off service, tips on fun drives, club events and recommended mechanics. Each space will have an individual locker for car covers and necessities. A small gathering area will be a home to small hosted events to watch races on the large screen TV or relax and review the books and magazines on our reference shelves. There is a small kitchen and a full bath available for the collectors use."
I can get his contact info to you if you're interested in the perspective of somebody newly into the business, in a very real estate-constrained area (just outside of Boston)

Most of the newly built garage condos have separate units. I don't know if fire sprinklers are included, but presumably they have fire rated walls between units that hopefully prevent that sort of thing from happening.

I've been to this place: https://www.ctcarstorage.com
It's not far from Automotive Restorations in Stratford, and just up the road from Sikorsky Aircraft.
It's a very nice, professional facility, with a wash bay and lounge area. They have singles, doubles and fourples. You can get a unit with a lift, although I think that the attendant needs to operate it for you. I'm not sure if you are allowed to make repairs on site, but most of the cars that I saw there were high end cars that were just being stored.
I'm assuming that this is for a Classic Motorsports article, and not GRM, right?

I am also using the E3 in Tucker and can say it's a great deal. Membership/ use of equipment isn't tied to renting a parking space, but the rates for the spaces are so reasonable I rented one anyway just so I don't have to finish what I started in one day. ...... since that literally never seems to happen!
The afore-mentioned Prescott Auto Reserve near Hendersonville NC. They have allowed the parking lot to be used for Cars & Coffee events for the last few months. They seem to be trying to build a nice facility but aimed at a higher income bracket than mine. $299 month storage, $399 storage and club, $150 just club.

I did this for a year at E3 in Marietta. Overall it was a positive experience, I was prepping a race car at the time and it was nice to have access to a roomy work space with a lift. I had a small storage space for my tools, a stack of wheels and a spare motor I was dressing out. Eventually I needed storage space for my race trailer and they were sold out so I moved on, but it met my needs well at the time.
This one near Baltimore has been around 20 years or so
