The breaker bar I idea would work if I can get an extractor socket with a 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch drive. The adapter down to 3/8s is the weak point. Broake a small 3/8 bar as well.

Center punch it it carefully to get center, then start at maybe 1/8". Go up in increments of 1/16" or so. Use cutting oil, work slowly. If you're careful you'll be able to very easily twist the shell of the stud off.

drill it out to just under stud size. then put your extractor back on and the stud will twist off with the remains of the nut. no wheel damage

Hammer and chisel got a locking lug off one of my cars before. Since you don't want to damage wheel get a bunch of towels and some tape to protect rim.

Drilled it out. The new rotor is one piece with the hub and 5 new studs installed. Will be in tomorrow. Cause of the entire heating problem was a bad caliper. That goes on tomorow too. Problem solved.

P.S. Wheel was undamaged by Me and my cavemen assistants.
