I am in a motel in Seville. This morning Bertie started ran a minute and quit. I have no test lamp with me. I think injection relay fail butnot sure. Car ran perfect from Robbies to here yesterday.

What, specifically, is Bertie?
Edited: are the relays standard? I might have a bunch.
I woke up to snow all over the place, may just be having a temper tantrum
In reply to Pete. (l33t FS) :
Knowing that this involves Robbie and TurnerX19, it has to be a Fiat X1/9.

Do you want me to come get you? I can hook up trailer, my back is a bit screwed but i can lend tools. No room to put in garage and it's cold, but i'm 15-20 min north of your location, feel free to text me.

Sorry to hear of your plight, but...you are now in good hands if Patrick is on his way. My guess is you'll get back to Pat-central where you will be met by Pete and maybe Jonah. I'd make the trek out there too (about an hour from Pat) but there would be a young'en upset to miss the Church play and an invite to a kiddy birthday party today. Besides, I wouldn't add anything these guys don't already have in spades.
But, if the crew thinks I'm needed, just have them sound the horn and I'll be there after 3:00
This forum/family is the best thing that has happened to me in forever. One hour from post to confirmed tow along with skilled help and parts. Updates when we are back on the road.
I can only offer unskilled help, especially compared to pete and patrick, but I'm happy to help in any way I can. I'm only about 10 minutes from Patrick's and can make some time today.

That is faster service than an insurance tow! Great job!
You ain't foolin'..
Good cars get you home. They also know to break down near assistance when they can't manage that.
Just thinking out loud...
Your profile says Easton, PA so you're more than 6 hours from home. If it helps, I could lend out my perfect running but rarely driven Gov't Mule F250.
Uhaul trailer home your car and return the truck to me next weekend.
Well done! Figures the first time in months I log in and the top thread is referencing 5 min down the road from me
Fuel pump relay?
In reply to XLR99 (Forum Supporter) :
meh. I found a chafed tps wire and pete did lots of ruling out things and wiggled some stuff and hypothesized that there's some cold weather dead spots in the tuning since car was done in TX and it was snowing here. Either way it was running good when it left and Bill should be somewhere between Akron and Youngstown by now
we drove past your house, your HF tent garage is dead
In reply to Patrick :
I would have been happier if the last time it quit, I had been watching the spark tester.
The only real clue is that it would be flooded when trying to restart. Fuel pump stayed running when it would stall, it is very audible when your head is behind the passenger seat.
But then it stopped not running, which is the opposite of what should be annoying.
I was watching it, but it was hard to tell if spark dropped out then quit or spark stopped as it was quitting.
This whole post is why the GRM family rocks. Dude buys a car from another forum member and does a fly and drive, totally cool right there. Then has problems posts up on it. Has not only advice but a rescue and fix crew come get him. Gets fixed and is on his way home. A+ to the Ohio crew!
In reply to NY Nick :
When my S40 blew its fuel system apart in Michigan, it happened at the exit where a couple GRMers lived. Within an hour they collected my car, we had it in the air, and it was leak free again.
While I'm in B'Ham AL at the office and notice the post ...text Pat and the rest is history thank you very much...no not made up. Yes, the Ohio crew rocks!!!
