Does anyone know how the shift knob comes off on the automatic shifter in a 500? The Wife has found a shift knob she would like to get but they all say does not fit automatics. I want to take this one off and see if I can make an adapter to put the one she wants on. Being a simple round ball with no buttons or anything I can't see it being too hard but she doesn't want me to just start ripping apart her beloved Joy.
