I really like the look of this! Yes, it is not the actual car but let's hope it is close.

I'm all for Lexus making another supercar that tip toes towards hypercar. But they shouldn't call it an LFA or even a successor to it. The LFA was all about that glorious V10 and all of the revs. Their future offerings may be faster and more capable than the LFA (and with hybrid assist, I'm certain that they will be) but they likely won't be as engaging in their instant feedback, admittedly in part to the soundtrack. This is similar to Porsche with the Carrera GT, the 918 is a faster option for most drivers on track and it's a more liveable car, but the GT was just bonkers. The LFA was that for Lexus. The new supercar, simply being based upon an existing chassis and having a V8, as opposed to a V10 and having forced induction will be a better car in terms of not being as high strung, and it'll be faster, but it won't be the same. If they had gone V10 hybrid without forced induction on a new chassis, I could've seen the name still being used.
All that being said, I do suspect that the vehicle will be awesome. I just hope that they keep the sizzle and that it's not a tundra based powerplant in an F sport chassis with upgraded suspension and transmission.

Toyota's CEO says the GT3 car won't be shared with anybody, but people have pointed out it looks similar to Mazda's RX-Vision concept car.
This is the other car they said they are pulling inspiration from. I like this as well.
At least the pinched grill is not there
