Let's face it, most of us aren't at that level. In my region, there are a couple of guys that play at the pointy end of the National field. They run a Stock class C5 that arrives on a trailer - and they aren't the only ones who run a trailered "street" car. Granted, it does make swapping tires a non-issue...
