Even in my relatively short time here at GRM, I know there are so many more projects we just didn't have room to fit.

A note on the STS2 Miata build...that car eventually found it's way into the hands of David and Kim Whitener who continued its development and Pro Solo dominance. Cloaked in a "blurple" wrap, few knew it was the same car. The engine survived many years of 2nd gear rev-limited abuse before finally giving up the ghost recently. No single chassis has more Pro Solo wins and Overall championships.
You guys still have your old project cars, I still have my old hot wheels. It's basically the same thing, right? =D

Are you planning on putting out a print version of the first issue? I'd like to add it to my collection.
I had to find it on the Classic side, but does anyone know where this project car ended up?

I bought it from the dude that bought it from Per.
Then I sold it back to the dude that I bought it from that bought it from Per. Because I wasn't doing anything with it, and I'm stupid.

Hi Bowie! Yep. I'm that dude who did the buying and selling. A few years ago, I sold it to a good friend of mine who is another Saab collector. The car ended up with a fresh fuel system and electric water pump conversion. It has been to the Carlisle Import show a time or two, driven hundreds of miles, and now mostly sits in a building full of other rare and unusual Saabs. 
It isn't for sale and likely never will be again, sadly. My wife would love to have it back.
