saw a link to a story, thought someone was bringing up his old crash in 02, wouldn't believe he crashed again... Hope he is alright.
Maybe he crashed because there were 40 Shelby Cars spelling out "Shelby" in the grass by the fairgounds and he got jealous. One of the 40 cars is my friend's brothers, a 1965 Mustang GT350 clone. He said Carroll will be there to sign the cars.
Or to hand out subpoenas for court...
One of my friends is at OshKosh this weekend, he sent me a message two minutes after it happened. He WITNESSED it.
I watched two people die in a crash at Oshkosh in 2008. I was about 100 yards from the crash, moving some LOX dewars. It was both violent and sad.
