Upon first look, the 911 Classic Club Coupe might look like little more than a 996 with a ducktail spoiler, but the joint project between Porsche Classic and the Porsche Club of America is much more than that.

In fact, the car was built to not only celebrate the PCA, but also the endless possibilities offered by Porsche's Sonderwunsch, or "Special …

How to turn a $120k car into a Million dollar car ;)

Like a Singer or similar bespoke auto mobile.

Is there a write up on the build somewhere ?

thanks,

Don

Put me in the thumbs down column on the ducktail.  Seemed like an odd throwback that doesn't fit with the rest of the car.  Wheels are cool (or cool enough) but the spoiler seemed over the top.

Mars Red and a flat decklid and less tape graphics and I think I'd be more positive on it.  Not like I'm going to buy one of these anyway so just another peanut in the gallery.

I believe the plan is to show the car at events for a year and then raffle it off for charity. I might prove to be a way to get a million dollar 911 for less than $100!
