As noted recently, yes, the amount of unrestored "survivors" in the PNW is pretty nuts.
Early today I saw a Shelby Daytona, complete with gumball and number. No pictures, and I am guessing it was a replica.
And later in the morning in a different part of town I saw a GT40, complete with gumballs and number.
When I got home it was still 2022.
Yes it is a type 810 or 812, depending on supercharged/NA, All body configurations available either way.

Judging by the wheel bolt pattern, and the smooth firewall, I'm guessing that this is a Glenn Pray replica.

I think you are correct. Other things I spotted after your comment are the front sway bar and the small overall diameter of the wheels. This is the RWD version with that sway bar, not the Corvair powered FWD.
